These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7555d website and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, and payment processing features. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 7555d ("we", "us", "the Platform"). 7555d reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify age, identity, source of funds, or residential address. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending the completion of the verification process. Funds deposited into an unverified account will not be released for withdrawal until verification is complete.

• 7555d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of any outstanding verification check, investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

Players are solely responsible for reporting any gambling winnings to relevant tax authorities in their jurisdiction. 7555d does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from a player's use of the platform.

7555d offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover multiple) for each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as provided under the specific terms of a cashback or no-wagering promotion.
• 7555d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter bonus amounts, or amend wagering requirements at any time and without prior notice, provided such changes do not adversely affect a bonus already credited to a player's account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another offer. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in violation of this rule may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on 7555d are governed by their respective provider rules as well as the following platform-level fair play standards:

• All slot games and crash games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested to ensure genuine randomness. The outcome of every game round is determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by 7555d, the game provider, or the player.
• Live dealer games operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by trained human dealers on camera. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with 7555d's customer support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 7555d's decision on game outcome disputes, made after reviewing available game logs and provider data, is final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 7555d and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with 7555d's support team.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with 7555d's games, sportsbook, or cashier in a way that circumvents normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players, manipulating game outcomes, or engaging in any form of match-fixing on the sportsbook.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or financing of any illegal operation, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, or drug trafficking.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or any technical vulnerability on the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are not payable and will be forfeited.

7555d employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above behaviours will have their account closed and their funds reviewed. In cases involving suspected criminal activity, 7555d reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

7555d may suspend or terminate any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time period following a formal request from 7555d.
• A player's voluntary request to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests made through responsible gaming tools.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification checks. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may have their balance reviewed before any payment is made.

7555d is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated immediately from the account settings section:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your 7555d account.
• Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from gaming of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but real-money gaming features are disabled.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and block yourself from creating a new account for a minimum period of six months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7555d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

7555d's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 7555d does not exclude or limit liability for matters where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

All content on the 7555d platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 7555d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on 7555d without the express written permission of 7555d. Unauthorised use of 7555d's intellectual property may result in legal action.

7555d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with 7555d, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. 7555d reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7555d will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of 7555d after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using the platform immediately and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 7555d's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies designated by 7555d. 7555d's internal complaints procedure requires that all complaints be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue. 7555d aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
